Rules and Regulations for Elite Party Bus LLC: Updated Jan 17th 2024

 

PAYMENTS

 

• Payment Methods: We accept Cash, Check(check must be received no later than 7 days after due date on invoice) , Venmo, or any major Credit Card (There will be a 4% billing fee on any credit card transactions).
• Payment for your reservation will be due on receipt. Your booking is not secure until payment is received. If paying by cash, check or Venmo you will need to have a payment method on file with Elite Enterprise, LLC.
• $250 damage deposit will be an additional charge from the total this will be refunded after the party if there are no damages or excessive cleaning.
• Checks must be received to the address provided on invoice no later than 7 days after due date of invoice and a credit card must be on file.
• You must let Elite Enterprise LLC know if you are sending check or Venmo by emailing bemidjipartybus@gmail.com.
• All additional hours will be billed at same rate as quoted. Twenty minutes into the new hour beyond contract time will be considered a full hour. If your party goes beyond the hours quoted by choice of your party your credit card on file will be charged accordingly.
• Any damages will be charged to the payment method on file.
• We suggest showing appreciation to our driver by either including a tip in the invoice or paying in cash/Venmo on the date of the reservation, each driver has a Venmo account and a QR code is in the bus.

 

Credit Card Pre-Authorization if paying cash, check or Venmo

 

• Pre-authorization agreement: if paying cash, check or Venmo: You must have a credit card on file.
• By signing this agreement you are authorizing Elite Enterprise, LLC to pre- authorize and charge your card for damages if they should occur.

 

Cancellation policy:

 

• FROM DATE OF BOOKING UNTIL 29 DAYS PRIOR: There will be a 15% cancellation fee if you cancel your reservation.
• WITHIN 30 DAYS: If you cancel within 30 days of your reservation, there will be a 30% cancellation fee
• WITHIN 48 HOURS: If you cancel within 48 hours of your reservation, you will forfeit the full amount of your reservation.
• Rescheduling: You may reschedule for a date within 3 months of your original booking date with no cancellation fee.

 

Restroom:

 

The restroom on the bus is closed from November - April

 

Damage Policy and responsibility of patrons on the bus:

 

• Damage Policy: Damages are noted after your event (broken windows, damage to seats, excessive mess, vomit, stains, smoking etc. We will charge your card on file within a week after your event if there are any damages that occur during your event. Vomit will be cleaned up by your party immediately. Smoking will cause removal from the bus and a $250 charge to your credit card on file. You are welcome to inspect the bus before your event to note any flaws and address them with Elite Enterprise LLC staff.
• Any actions such as harassment, fighting, and/or violence towards the driver, staff or anyone in or around the Elite Party Bus: the driver reserves the right to terminate trip. The client will forfeit the full fare and be responsible in finding alternate transportation from the location the trip is terminated. Damage to equipment and/or bus falls under the same parameters and will be at the discretion of the driver.
• Elite Enterprise LLC or employees of Elite Enterprise LLC are not responsible for injuries or accidents in and around the bus. Alcohol impairs motor skills, balance, and judgment. Clients are to be REMAIN SEATED while the bus is in motion. Move around at your own risk and use caution when entering and leaving the bus, floors/steps may become wet and slippery during your event. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed off the bus.
• There is No Smoking or Vaping allowed on the bus. Any illegal drug use or drug paraphernalia found or used on the bus by officials of Elite Enterprise LLC is terms for termination of event and law enforcement may be contacted.
• NO underage drinking is allowed. If the driver suspects minors are consuming alcohol, they will be asked to get off the bus and find their own transportation. The driver also reserves the right to contact law enforcement for underage drinking as well. If your group has anyone under 21 alcohol is NOT allowed on the bus. Elite Enterprise LLC staff or contractors have the right to remove anyone at anytime from the bus if suspicion of unlawful activities is occurring on the bus.
• By signing this contract, the above client agrees to assume full responsibility for any and all damages, items removed or stolen from the party bus and/or personal property of members of their group.
• All damages assessed will be charged at $30/hour labor plus replacement parts. In the event of a passenger vomiting in or on the Elite Party Bus there will be a minimum charge of $250 per incident. (Damage Deposit taken at time of booking.) The client and passenger/s will be supplied with basic cleaning supplies to clean up vomit immediately once the bus has safely stopped.
• Excessive Cleaning will also be at the rate of $30/hour, retained from your damage deposit. Jell-O Shots, red wine and food are not recommended on the Elite Party Bus. These may result in excessive cleaning charges or damages if stained on seats or floor.

 

Other Legalities

 

• Elite Enterprise LLC is NOT LIABLE in cases of unexpected vehicle break downs, accidents, severe weather, or anything that may delay a timely arrival or cause of cancelation of trip. In the event of a cancellation due to mechanical or "No Travel Advisory," the trip may be rescheduled for another date if possible or refund may be given at the discretion of Elite Party Bus. Client will be notified as soon as possible to let them know of mechanical problems or adverse weather that may postpone trip times. Your safety is our priority!
• In the event of mechanical failure or accident during the event, Elite Enterprise LLC will try to arrange other transportation. If unsuccessful, the client will be responsible for finding transportation for all members of their party, and a pro- rated refund will be given on a case-by-case Elite Enterprise LLC and their drivers hold the final decision for any and all conflicts to this.
• Quotes given by Elite Party Bus may include an additional fuel surcharge on top of provided quote based on MN average price of Diesel on the day of your ($50 surcharge if over $4.75/gallon or $100 if over $5.50/gal
• Elite Party Bus drivers are well qualified, properly licensed and trained to give you the best experience for your event. Please treat them with the upmost respect and a tip is greatly appreciated by all our drivers.
• Elite Enterprise, LLC is properly insured and licensed.
• By boarding and using the party bus, all passengers agree to hold harmless and indemnify Elite Enterprise LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, expenses, or losses arising out of or in connection with their use of the party bus. This includes, but is not limited to, any personal injury, property damage, or any other loss or harm that may occur during the use of the party bus.
• Passengers acknowledge and understand that they are solely responsible for their own actions and behavior while on the party bus and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Elite Enterprise LLC shall not be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages caused by the negligence or misconduct of any passengers.
• Passengers also agree to assume all risks associated with the use of the party bus and acknowledge that they have been provided with the necessary safety instructions and guidelines.
• The responsible party signing this agreement must make aware the rules and regulations to all patrons participating in the event.
