What areas do you serve?
Elite Party Bus serves the entire Bemidji, Minnesota area, as well as neighboring cities and towns including Bagley, Thief River Falls, Park Rapids, and Walker. We are happy to accommodate trips to other areas, but additional fees may apply.
What does it cost?
Quotes are based on the information you provide. Please fill out our quote and availability form and we will be happy to give you an accurate quote.
What is needed for the form?
- How many people are in your party?
- Date of your event?
- Time of your event (duration of trip)?
- What type of event is this?
(ie. wedding, birthday, bachelorette/bachelor party, party, prom, etc.) - Location of initial pickup and final drop-off (we prefer this to be the same location)
- List the locations of all stops between initial pickup and final drop-off.
Why do I have to fill a quote form to get a price?
Our pricing depends on the nature of your trip.
We need date, time and all locations you will be traveling to give you an accurate quote.
How old do I have to be to rent the bus?
Someone over the age of 21 must pay and sign the waiver for the event. If anyone under 21 is on board, there must be someone over the age of 21 on the bus with the party. No one under 21 may consume alcohol on the bus.
How do I find out if the date I need is available?
Go to the check availability page. If the bus is reserved for the date you need it will say Reserved with the time frame it is reserved. Saturdays book up quickly!
What types of events do you cater to?
We provide party bus rentals for a variety of events, including weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, proms, birthdays, corporate events, and more. Whatever the occasion, we can help make it a memorable one!
How many people can the bus accommodate?
The Elite party bus is a 45 ft bus and can accommodate groups of up to 35-40 passengers.
